The Town of Tin Cup, Colorado is situated at 10,000+ feet in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. It started life as a mining town and continues today as a special place for a dedicated community of property owners. This site is for all of you that know and love Tin Cup and want to preserve all that is special about it.
The Tin Cup Civic Association was founded in 1950 to promote the Community of Tin Cup, maintain the Town Hall built in 1903, manage the Tin Cup Cemetery and Water Rights. These Water Rights include the irrigation ditches that flow through Tin Cup. It is illegal to change, disrupt or divert the water in any way. Any changes to the irrigation ditches must have written approval from the Board. All property owners of the Town Site of Tin Cup are Members.
